Delete your account — Baseline Tennis Academy

You can delete your Baseline Tennis Academy account, and the data that goes with it, at any time. There are two ways.
1. Delete your account in the app (immediate)
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to the Family tab.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm the two warning steps — and Face ID / fingerprint if you have it turned on.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You are signed out and the account cannot be recovered.
2. Ask us to delete it for you
If you no longer have the app, or can't sign in, email baselinetennisacademy@gmail.com and tell us the email address your account uses. To protect your family's information we first verify the request by writing to the account's own email address, then delete the account for you. We aim to complete emailed deletion requests within 7 days of verification.
What is deleted, and what is kept
When an account is deleted:
- All identifying information is removed — the names, email, phone number, photos, dates of birth and school links for you and every member on the account — and your login is deleted from our authentication provider.
- Future bookings are cancelled, which releases those places to others.
- Past booking records are kept in anonymised form only. They can no longer identify you or your members; they exist so historical class rosters and attendance stay accurate.
- Audit records are kept for at most 2 years, after which they are removed.
